Therapeutic Creativity
Free to just start scribbling and capturing our experiences on paper, that's what we want, but we often fail because of too high standards and fears of failure. Regardless of manual skills, we can use the joy of artistic work for our well-being and as a source of knowledge. This course offers the space to express feelings and experiences on paper. We let our inner images speak for themselves.
In the safe space of a fixed group, you can follow the desire to draw or paint without having to demonstrate any previous technical knowledge. We are concerned with what moves us, what surrounds us and who we are. However, keep in mind that sensitive topics could also come to light during this work and it is important that you can get discussion and help at any time outside the group.

A certain psychological stability or the contact details of your treating therapist and your permission to contact them if necessary.

material
A2 paper of 220 grams or more. Sketch papers or notebooks, pencils, erasers, sharpeners, brushes, scissors, glue stick, adhesive tape, and whatever paints you have at home: acrylic paints, gouaches, water or watercolors.

About Ursula Beutler
- studied painting restoration, stages and costume design in Florence
- worked as an assistant at the Bavarian State Opera and at the Residenztheater
- Freelance stage designer and costume designer since 1997
- 2013 Completion of training as an art therapist
- works for the open studio of the Lebensmut e.V. association as an art therapist.
Akthof course booking
You can sign up for our courses here. Simply select the appropriate course from the form.
Only after receipt of Down payment of 25€ you will receive confirmation of your registration from us and your place in the booked course will be bindingly reserved for you. If the course is already fully booked, we will inform you immediately.
Cancellation: The cancellation of a course registration must be made in writing. If the cancellation is received up to 15 days before the start of the course, you will be refunded the course fee minus the deposit paid. If you cancel from the 14th day before the start of the course or if you do not show up, no refund of the course fee is possible.
The decisive time for the cancellation is its receipt by us. Alternatively, it is always possible to provide us with a substitute participant. All details are in our General terms and conditions to read.
